Title:	Keeler - Tillamook Line Rebuild Project Draft EA
Description:	<P style="WIDTH: 620px"> <P>BPA has prepared a draft environmental assessment (EA) to evaluate the potential impacts of the proposed<SPAN style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold"> Keeler to Tillamook transmission </SPAN>rebuild project <SPAN style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold">between Hillsboro and Tillamook, Ore.</SPAN> </P> <P>The draft EA identifies ways to reduce the potential project impacts. The EA also considers the No Action Alternative.
