Title:	Proposed Amendment No. 3 to Alcoa Inc., DSI Contract
Description:	<P style="WIDTH: 620px">BPA and Alcoa, Inc., are considering a third amendment to Alcoa’s current direct service industry contract which would begin July 1, 2016, following the expiration of Amendment No. 2. If the parties agree on Amendment No. 3 terms, Alcoa would be able to maintain a 2.5-potline operation at the Alcoa Intalco Plant while providing benefits to BPA in excess of what it would otherwise be able to obtain under the existing agreement. Amendment No. 3 would run for 19.5 months through Feb. 14, 2018. Specific details of the proposed agreement are included in the Draft Amendment No. 3, which is posted on BPA’s Direct Services Industries (DSI) webpage listed below. You are invited to provide your comments on the proposed amendment by noon on April 22, 2016.
