Description:	<P style="WIDTH: 620px">The Bonneville Power Administration has prepared a draft environmental assessment for the Upper Columbia Spring Chinook and Steelhead Acclimation Program. The draft EA describes the program and why it is proposed, discusses the environmental impacts and lists the mitigation measures that would lessen impacts. We invite comments on the draft EA through Dec. 5.
