Title:	Big Eddy-Knight Transmission Project
Description:	<P><FONT size=3>BPA is proposing to construct a 500-kilovolt line from BPA’s Big Eddy Substation in The Dalles, Ore., to a proposed substation (Knight Substation) about 4 miles northwest of Goldendale, Wash., under existing BPA transmission lines. The proposed project is needed to increase the electrical capacity of our lines in response to requests for transmission service in this area.</FONT></P> <P><FONT size=3>To understand the potential impacts of this proposal, BPA will prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed project.
