Title:	Amendment to wind power purchase agreement with Iberdrola for Stateline Wind Project
Description:	<P>Bonneville Power Administration announced in a <A href="http://www.bpa.gov/corporate/public_affairs/docs/2010/letter-Iberdrola-amendment.pdf"><B><U><FONT color=#0000ff>Jan. 12 letter</B></U></FONT></A> that it is considering an <B><U><FONT color=#0000ff><A href="http://www.bpa.gov/corporate/public_affairs/docs/2010/finaldraftcontractamendment.pdf">amendment</A></B></U></FONT> of its agreement with Iberdrola Renewables for purchase of the energy output of the Stateline Wind Project. The amendment would modify purchase obligations, responsibilities for wind balancing charges and generation imbalance cost caps. BPA is seeking comment on the amendment through Jan. 25 and also prepared a <A href="http://www.bpa.gov/corporate/public_affairs/docs/2010/Summary%20of%20Stateline%20amendment.pdf"><B><U><FONT color=#0000ff>summary of the amendment</B></U></FONT></A> for reference. </P>
