BPA Administrators, We at Intalco appreciate BPA working quickly to develop a solution in light of the recent court ruling. This amendment is very important in giving the facility a chance to survive in these very difficult economic times. We agree this ruling and amendment say that BPA has the legal authority to supply power to Alcoa at the IP rate. We also view this amendment as a bridge to the long term contract and hope that both can be signed quickly as our community and workers depend on it.
