The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is proposing to upgrade its very high frequency (VHF) two-way radio transmission coverage by co-developing a new radio station at the Willow Creek Summit Communication Site on Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land and building a new radio station at the Windy Devil Communication Site on US Forest Service (USFS) land.

FrauenholzVerbal Comment: He wants to assure that there will be no external lighting visible from the valley floor left on 24/7 either on the tower or building. He has no problem with lights being used when needed by persons performing work/maintenance at the site. See Email attached.
